WoW Authenticator

Blizzard began offering the World of Warcraft Authenticator and became available in [June]] of 2008. It is available for purchase for $6.95 from Blizzard's site. It is an optional piece of hardware that prevents hackers from accessing players accounts. The authenticator is a physical device that can be fitted on a keyring. After the authenticator is linked to the player's account, the authenticator must be used every log in. The authenticator creates a unique six-digit code for the player's account.
